This Miracle Vegetable grows in the tropical countries,like India, Africa. In the Philippines, it is used as cooking ingredient specially in making soup, "Law-oy" in some parts of Visayas and Mmindanao. During the regime of President F. Marcos, Malunggay was used as a weapon against malnutrition, for it has lot of nutrients, and considered as a low-cost health enhancer.
